What is Electroute?

Electroute is a free web-based EV road-trip planner operated by SparkLabs AI Inc. It calculates a road route and compatible charging stops using the selected vehicle and current charge.

Does Electroute show live charger availability?

Electroute checks TomTom for selected-stop live availability. A count appears only when the station is matched unambiguously. Missing, ambiguous or failed checks remain unknown.

Does every charging stop have a backup?

Electroute names a reachable fallback when the route can reserve one. If a leg has no fallback in reserve, the plan explicitly warns the driver.

Does Electroute cover Canada and the United States?

Electroute accepts routable places in Canada and the United States. Its imported charger directory has known unresolved source-record gaps, and affected searched jurisdictions are identified in the plan. That is not a claim that every charger or corridor is represented.

Is Electroute free?

Yes. Electroute is currently free and does not require an account.

Does Electroute store my trip?

No. Electroute does not store searched or selected places, planned routes, road geometry, vehicle choice or battery charge. It keeps narrowly bounded product analytics and separate anonymous arrival answers as described in the privacy notice.

Is the arrival-charge number a prediction?

No. Electroute shows an arrival-charge range from a simplified winter model and states its assumption. It is planning evidence, not a promise.

Is Electroute turn-by-turn navigation?

No. Electroute plans a route with charging stops. It is not a turn-by-turn navigation system, charging network or payment service.
